What we place

Product lines we move internationally

Vessel lots and parcel cargoes against current market pricing — quoted, inspected, and documented.

EN590 Diesel — 10ppm / 50ppm

Ultra-low sulphur diesel to the EN590 specification. CIF, CFR, or FOB to major terminals — Rotterdam, Fujairah, Houston, and the Mediterranean. Refinery certificate of analysis, Q&Q inspection at load port, vessel lots and parcel cargoes.

Jet A1 Aviation Fuel

Jet A1 supplied against refinery documentation and batch analysis. FOB or CIF from major aviation hubs, with dip test authorization and independent quality verification before any product is lifted.

Sulphur — Granular / Prilled

Granular and prilled sulphur (99.9%) from refinery co-product streams. Parcel and vessel loads from port stock, with certificate of analysis, weight survey, and inspected transfer at load.

Standard procedure

How an international deal runs

The ICC procedure international buyers already know — executed without shortcuts. Every step produces a document.

Your mandate opens the file

You submit your intent with specification, monthly volume, discharge port, and target terms. A signed ICPO on company letterhead opens the procedure fastest.

Verification before negotiation

We screen every counterparty — company registries, export licences, refinery and title-holder verification, and sanctions lists — before price discussions advance.

Priced to market, in writing

An SCO is issued against the current market basis (Platts-anchored), with specification, tolerance, delivery term, and validity in writing.

Executed on defined terms

A sales and purchase agreement is executed under Incoterms 2020 with defined quality, quantity tolerance, inspection rights, and payment terms.

Proven before it moves

Proof-of-product documents, tank or vessel nomination, and an SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek dip test and quality check — witnessed or certified before transfer.

Title transfers on documents

Product is injected or loaded; the agreed instrument — LC, MT103/TT, or verified escrow — executes against documents, and title transfers with the full document set.

Risk management

In this market, discipline is the product.

International fuel trading attracts fraud as fast as it attracts capital. We run a screening discipline that protects both sides of the table.

Counterparty KYC

Company registry checks, licence verification, and reference diligence on buyers and sellers — before names appear on any contract.

Sanctions screening

OFAC, EU, and UN list checks on every party in the chain — entities, vessels, and beneficial owners — before and at each transaction.

Independent inspection

SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek quantity and quality certification at load and discharge. Third-party eyes on the product, always.

Payment discipline

Instruments execute against documents, not promises. We do not pay activation, clearance, or "escalation" fees — and we advise you not to either.

Documentation integrity

POP, certificates of analysis, dip test authorizations, and bills of lading reviewed line by line. A discrepancy ends the deal — not the conversation.

Fraud rejection

Fake refineries, rollover programmes, and advance-fee structures are recognised on sight, refused, and documented. If it cannot be verified, we walk away.

Come prepared

What your ICPO / LOI must include

Deals with complete documents move in days. Incomplete paperwork is the number-one reason international transactions stall.

  • Signed on company letterhead, addressed to Nuntius Logistics Intelligence LLC
  • Product and specification (e.g. EN590 10ppm, Jet A1, Sulphur granular)
  • Quantity — per shipment and total contract volume, with tolerance
  • Delivery term (Incoterms 2020) and discharge port or storage
  • Target price basis and payment instrument (LC, MT103/TT, escrow)
  • Authorised signatory details and validity of the offer
  • Bank reference or BCL where the seller's procedure requires it

Straight answers

  • Do you require an ICPO? Yes — to open the procedure with sellers and lock a real allocation.
  • Can you issue a quote first? We issue an SCO after basic verification — soft offers without screening are how bad deals start.
  • What volumes? Parcel and vessel lots — typically from around 10,000 MT and up, contract or spot.
  • Origins? Flexible — Rotterdam, Fujairah, Houston, Baltic, and West African points, matched to your discharge port and freight.
